Do relationships sometimes feel intense, confusing, or all-consuming? You might replay conversations, worry about being too much (or not enough), or feel anxious when there’s a shift in connection.

You may also notice that your body responds strongly to your surroundings—bright lights, noise, crowded spaces, or unfamiliar environments can leave you feeling overstimulated and drained. Even everyday experiences like group settings or starting something new might bring up unexpected anxiety.

For highly sensitive people, anxiety often isn’t about just one thing. It can show up in uncertainty, relational shifts, new experiences, or feeling observed or evaluated. You may overthink often and notice an internal pressure to “get it right” or avoid mistakes.

Relational therapy offers a space to explore these patterns, build a sense of safety within yourself, and develop more secure, balanced ways of connecting.

Common areas of support include:

  • Emotional regulation and resilience-building

  • Confidence and identity development

  • Highly sensitive (HSP traits)

  • Anxiety, worry, and fear of making mistakes

  • Perfectionism and self-criticism

  • Overthinking and indecisiveness

  • Relationship and attachment patterns

  • Academic or career-related stress
